The system is totally scalable and will support hundreds of users. The use of real-time speech recognition is now established as an effective productivity tool, but there are many instances where the recorded word can be more effectively processed in near real-time or batched mode. By allowing the author to create a speech file which is then passed to a speech recognition server for text creation and then moved onto a secretary for text editing has been proven to enhance the traditional processing of reports company wide.Network Speech RecognitionEnhanced turnaround with higher accuracy at a reduced cost are just some of the major advantages a Network Speech Recognition solution can offer companies of all sizes, where the requirement for documentation creation is paramount to their business success and client satisfaction.

Word CorrectorThe process of correction and directing the text to its final destination varies considerably among different companies. The Word Corrector uses Microsoft Word to display the recognised text, this allows synchronised playback of the original sound file and the output text so the operator can hear/see where any errors have occurred. The module automatically loads the appropriate template. The module can be installed in either a large scale or normal deployment and is used by the typist/correctionist editor to modify any mis-recognition.Self CorrectionThe system has been designed to support self correction where the speaker does not have access to a typist or correction facilities. The system provides a Viewer that lists the current jobs that are awaiting approval by an individual Speaker or by Group. The option considerably reduces the cost of producing reports. The same function is provided as explained above.
